Bright Creations Receives Award for The Launch of an On the Job Training Platform for Saudi Arabia
BC launched an On The Job Training platform as part of the Doroob initiative by Takamol; Doroob is a major national initiative launched by the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HDRF) that aims to help Saudi job seekers, students and those eager for career development to become more employable. Doroob aims to improve employability by upskilling learners across critical skills, job search skills, attitude and work experience.
Doroob and the OJT platform are a part of a larger program to promote Saudization, which is to encourage employment of Saudi Nationals in the private sector.
Bright Creations were extremely honored to have won an award for the successful launch of the OJT platform presented to us by the Minister of Labour, His Excellency, Adel Fakeih.
