Takamol is a newly established semi-government holding company as a key driver of labor market innovation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Takamol Holding is operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Labor.

The aim of the company is to transform the Saudi labor market by launching several sustainable projects and activating partnerships between the public and private sector.

We worked with Takamol & the Ministry of Labor on their E-coaching platform that aims to bridge the gap between employers and potential employees through giving the employees courses that qualifies them to specific jobs.

It was a great experience and hope to work there will be many projects to come with Takamol.
