The Project
We launched an On The Job Training platform as part of the Doroob initiative by Takamol; The E-coaching project aims at bridging the gap between the employers and their potential employees through giving the employees courses that qualify them to specific jobs. The Project was launched in October with AlShaya group, being the first company to put it to use in their training academy.
The Result
On-the-Job Training includes online courses, classroom based learning and most importantly, as a trainee you will be placed in a real company work environment with a “Doroob” coach who is a Saudi Skills Standard (SSS) certified employee from the company. We were extremely honored to have won an award for the successful launch of the OJT platform presented to us by the Minister of Labour, His Excellency, Adel Fakeih.
