The Project
Nice is a brand new retail concept for home-ware products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is a sister company of Extra for Electronics. In order to develop their online presence hand in hand with the opening of their first store, we at Bright Creations were responsible to manage, design and develop their eCommerce platform and product catalog.
The Result
The Nice eCommerce platform offers its visitors the full product catalogue in addition to some general information about the store.
When browsing through the product catalog, users have the ability to compare products, create wedding lists or view their special offers.
If their users want to receive instant updates on new arrivals or offers, they can subscribe to Nice’s newsletter which we integrated with MailChimp.
Furthermore, frequent buyers can sign up for Nice’s rewards program to collect points with every Riyal they spent.
We integrated with a third provider that Nice specifically hired to set up the rewards program. In the first phase of the project, we launched with the English version of the site. a few months after launch we added email marketing through integration with MailChimp and the site is now also available in Arabic.
Nice and Bright Creations have an ongoing partnership to continuously improve the usability as well as the functionality of the application.
