  • Plan, monitor and direct programs for all human resources functions including employment, employees’ relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, career progression, work environment and equal employment opportunity
  • Develop, Support, Motivate and Monitor HR, Admin & Personnel Team Performance and regularly giving documented feedback
  • Owning HR department’s SOP’s

Working Practices:

  • Writing and regularly updating the company policies in line with the company objectives and local labour laws.
  • Oversee the maintenance, communication and archiving of personnel records as required by law including local governing bodies
  • Lead HR staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization and ensure they follow the correct procedures
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Owning, monitoring and implementing organization policy and company standard operating procedures and ensure effective and efficient implementation of them according to labor law and organizational objectives.
  • Monitoring and approving timesheets, absences, annual leaves, etc, within the organization based on company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team, department job and job level which are to reviewed, and communicated alongside job descriptions
  • Design and develop an effective performance review process to be implemented across the company
  • Manage and ensure the correct implementation of the performance review system and monitoring of key KPIs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Provide HR support and consultation regarding employee relations' issues to all levels‎ of management within the organization
  • Trace and monitor employee turnover and retention
  • Own the annual staff meeting and all in-touch meetings processes and logistics to enhance Employees engagement
  • Organize and manage quarterly employee engagement activities to build teamwork, trust and engagement with employees.

Recruitment & Retention:

  • Identify the staffing needs of the organization through regular meetings with middle and senior management
  • Set an efficient recruitment and selection process
  • Post open positions regularly and as soon as required on recruitment platforms
  • Perform interviews with candidates, shortlist them and provide shortlisted candidates to senior management and eventually provide job offers to potential candidates.

Rewards and Recognition – Compensation & Benefits:

  • Seek and apply proper benefits programs to retain employees in compliance with Market trends
  • Create a professional Individual Performance Review tool to evaluate achievements, corporate competencies and functional competencies
  • Design a Compensation System based on Level Grading System and linked by performance
  • Create a proper efficient Grading/Level System based on a professional job evaluation and salary surveys
  • Create recognition programs for the organization


  • Preparing monthly payroll sheets
  • Keeping up to date on market trends and bands

Training & Development:

  • Design well defined and communicated corporate competencies framework
  • Create Induction Training process
  • Set the Training and Development Process / Plan based on Training Needs Assessment (TNA), Individual Performance Results and Succession Plans
  • Seek and apply the most recent methodologies for the Training & development programs to reach the targeted workforce performance

Office Management

  • Maintain a very good network of Consulting companies, training centers, recruiting agencies, insurance office, labor office and office equipment suppliers
  • Responsible for coordinating procurement, facility management and office personnel management.
  • Responsible for managing service personnel and ensuring they meet their objectives at the company


  • Human Resources, Business Administration or Management related Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in Human Resource Management in Egypt
  • Fluent English and Arabic language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Able to work hands-on and strategically
