Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to bring in new business, write proposals, win contracts and work closely with the account management and marketing teams.

Responsibilities entail the following:

  •  Creating the company’s overall business development strategy.
  •  Setting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  •  Generating leads and following up on existing lead.
  •  Converting leads to opportunities.
  •  Drafting pitches for potential clients to attract  new projects.
  •  Finalizing contracts with clients.
  •  Preparing different pricing packages for different target markets, including rate cards for Bright Creations services
  •  Refining the business development and sales processes. 
  •  Working with the account management team to investigate new opportunities with existing clients. 
  •  Working on digital marketing pitches 
  •  Working on software development pitches 
  •  Building the sales team and coordinating with the account management team. 


Potential candidate will require:

  •  Minimum 5 years experience in business development in digital marketing or software services
  •  Bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing and/or computer science
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Arabic).
  •  Excellent at excel and numbers.
  •  Clear understanding of the services of a digital agency and software house.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  •  Self motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
